Platform Housing Group was launched in October 2018, arsing from a merger between Fortis Living, Fortis property Care and Waterloo Housing Group. having started on their journey in 1967.

As one of their estates, they operate a residential site which was in need of some TLC last year and they employed the service of an Interior Designer we work very closely with. As soon as she got the brief Ann, from Spruce Interiors, contacted us for our assistance to design a scheme that would increase illumination and provide a real high end feel but within the confines of a tight budget.
