Why is this important? Because your biorhythms are your body clock!
What happens when your digital clocks are out of sync? Nothing works and your favourite programs don’t record, dinner doesn’t get cooked and you miss meetings. So if your body clock fails, your systems fail and they fail to communicate with each other causing restlessness, digestive and sleep issues, irrational behaviour, etc.
You only need regular doses of natural daylight or a particular light at the same time each day.
There is NO need for circadian rhythm lights if you have daylight!
